My science fair project is "what things remove bacteria the best". My hypothesis is peroxide will remove bacteria the best because usually after 20 seconds the bacteria is gone.
The experiment: what I did was in the morning I swiped my front teeth and the gums with a swab and we rubbed the agar in the petri dish with it. Then I brushed my teeth with toothpaste and did another petri dish.
The next day I again took a bacteria sample from the front teeth and rinsed with peroxide for 20 seconds.
On the third day I again put my teeth bacteria in a petri dish and I rinsed with water only.
Here is the picture of what I got a few days later.
